October 14 - Bowl Cozy $35 Keep hands and tabletops protected from hot bowls of food with a microwave-safe cozy. Prerequisite: None Who: Adults and youth over 13 When: October 14, 2026 Where: 214 S. Pinse Street, Burlington Time: 6-8pm Cost: $35, cash will be accepted the day of class. Class size: 12 Materials to bring: * Sewing machine if you have one * Two Fat Quarters of 100% cotton fabric. A Fat Quarter are those little square bundles you see near the fabric bolts. They should measure 18”X22”. The fabric can be the same for both sides or two complimentary fabrics. 2 fat quarters will be enough for 2 cozies. You can also use scrap fabric, but it needs to be enough to make 10 inch squares. * Quarter yard of 100% cotton quilt batting- this will be enough for at least 2 cozies. If you want your Cozy to be microwavable then choose 100% cotton or Wrap N’ Zap * 1 spool of 100% COTTON thread, color to compliment your fabrics (I just use white for everything)
